Repairs and Estimates

We here at R and I have over 50 years experience with Nutone and Broan products. We offer the best repair service anywhere. All you have to do is send us your damaged item and we will take a look at it for free. We will call you with an estimate on the repair if possible before we do anything. If we cannot fix it then we will offer you all your options from there and return your product free of charge.

Return Policy for R and I Enterprise

At R and I we make it our priority that you have the best experience possible. When you purchase something from us we want you to be 100% happy, and we look forward to your return business.

Order Returns

You may receive a full refund on the parts or finished good that you purchase only (no refund on shipping) within 30 days of your purchase. The original item purchased must be returned to us in the original package and in a resalable state for you to receive the refund.

Orders returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee, and must be returned in their original package and in a resalable state.

25% restocking fee for parts

45% restocking fee for finished goods

Damaged during shipping

You must refuse shipment on any item that has been damaged during the shipping process. If you were to receive a damaged item from Fed-Ex, just refuse the shipment and contact us here at R and I. We will be happy to send you a new item immediately. We cannot guarantee refunds for products that are damaged during the shipment process.
